Mission Statement:
Participating with God in building his Church in Japan. 

We carry out our mission in two ways:
Church planting is accomplished in partnership with the Evangelical Free Church of Japan (EFCJ).   We aim to plant healthy, reproducing, locally autonomous churches that reach out globally.  Ministry activities include evangelism, teaching, discipling, baptizing, local church administration, and developing leaders.

Church strengthening is often, but not always, done in partnership with the EFCJ. It includes developing music programs, international EFCJ pastorates, English teaching, theological education, service within the EFCMJ (e.g., MK education, field leadership and management), and development of short term programs both for and from Japan .
